Job Description:

  • To design, develop, test, implement, document and support of mobile applications according to mobile development standards, best practices and methodologies.
  • Continuously find ways to improve and optimize the architecture, code and processes of our mobile apps.
  • Propose new features, functionality and ideas to improve the mobile apps.
  • Work closely with other team members / mentors towards the completion of design and development assigned features.
  • Research on new technologies and make recommendations and decisions on inclusion into the development methodologies and product architecture.
  • Understand, implement and manage systems for a live mobile platform environment
  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

Requirements:

    • Junior IT executives with great interests in becoming mobile app developer
    • Demonstrable basic skills in iOS, xCode environment
    • Familiar with the Storyboard tool (within xCode) for interface/layout design development
    • Basic knowledge on the latest UI/UX techniques the industry and first hand experience of a mobile app user interface methods and trends
    • Basic knowledge in integration with third party systems
    • Basic knowledge in the following: API, JSON, HTTP and RESTful web services
    • Basic knowledge of web based applications
    • Team player and great collaborator, pays high attention to detail and able to work independently with minimum supervision
    • Able to communicate effectively in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
    • Able to work with geographically distributed project colleagues
    • Knowledge or strong interest in the following area would be advantageous:
  • Mobile payments / m-Commerce
  • Commerce based applications such as ERP, Accounting, Point of Sale, e-Commerce, Loyalty & Redemption systems etc.
  • Near Field Communication (NFC)
  • SCRUM Agile Software Development

    • Demonstrable (intermediate to advanced) skills in the following: PHP, HTML5, MySQL, jQuery, AJAX
    • Working experience with the following PHP frameworks are advantageous: Laravel, Yii2

Job Description:

KryptoPOS is looking to expand our team especially for someone to lead Marketing. The Marketing Manager will be responsible to design, develop and execute marketing programs to craft brand identity and increase brand awareness of KryptoPOS and its product lines to its different customer segments. You will be responsible to develop quarterly and annual marketing plans and drive in-market execution to achieve customer and user acquisition targets.

In collaboration with the finance and accounting lead, you will also manage and make sound recommendations on pricing and marketing spend, for the various product lines. You will ensure execution excellence, managing the day-to-day demands of marketing operations in addition to larger projects, ensuring they are completed in a timely manner. This includes working with internal talents, external agencies and partners to design, plan and formulate marketing strategies especially in digital marketing employing the latest digital and online marketing best practices. You will partner with internal teams, especially sales, in the development of trade/ promotional opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Partner internal teams to define the product mix, pricing, creative assets needed, and brand strategy. Track and analyze marketing data, providing strategic insight into brand performance and competitor analysis as well as necessary follow up improvement plans. Develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies and manage the on-going execution of the integrated marketing plan, including media, digital, promotions, marketing operations and PR. Manage customer and user acquisition to hit targets. Creating and managing the marketing spend throughout the year. Create and deliver compelling product and marketing presentations to our internal sales teams and external retail partners. Partner with Sales, Product and Operation teams to align marketing activity priorities, trade promotions, and day-to-day needs to drive the business. Track competitive activity to fully understand the category landscape and provide recommendations on how to compete effectively. Monitor, track, analyze and report on campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably in a strategic execution role.
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field.
  • Functional experience and/or knowledge will include:

           – Proven ability to execute a brand and trade marketing strategy in a rapidly changing organization.

           – Experience in transforming a strategy into actionable plans.

           – Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functionally.

           – Strong project management abilities; capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously, under tight time constraints and within budget parameters.

            – Well developed, verbal, written and presentation skills.
