In the previous step, we learned about Manage Items.

 

Now, you need to create at least one employee access before logging in to your KryptoPOS App.

 

Step 1

 

From your KryptoPOS Hub, go to Employees > Manage Employees > New Employee

 

Step 2

Name your employee and choose the access role. Click Save.

 

 

Role

 

Supervisor

 

Full access to the KryptoPOS App for sale, reporting, refund, employee attendance.

 

Cashier

 

Limited access to the KryptoPOS App for sale and employee attendance.

 

Staff

 

Very limited access to the KryptoPOS App for employee attendance only.

 

Step 3

 

The system will automatically assign a 4-digit PIN for the employee.
