Adding Table to transactions

Previously, we learned on how to create and add customer to the transaction. Now, we will learn about table management.

In order to manage table to your POS. The order list should be empty.

Note: Table Area can be added from KryptoPOS backoffice.

How to create a table:

Step 1

Tap Table on the bottom of the layout.

Step 2

Select and tap Area.

Step 3

Tap the menu icon on the right top of the layout.

Step 4

Tap Add Table.                   

Step 5

Enter Table Name.

Step 6

Tap Table Area and select area from drop down list.

 

Step 7

Tap Done to confirm.

That’s it! You created your first table on KryptoPOS.

How to delete a table:

Step 1

Tap Table on the bottom of the layout.

Step 2

Select and tap Area.

Step 3

Tap the Table icon that you wishes to delete

Step 4

Tap Delete.

Step 5

From the prompted confirmation message, tap Yes to confirm.

How to arrange the Table icon on the layout:

Step 1

Tap Table on the bottom of the layout.

Step 2

Select and tap Area.

Step 3

Tap and hold on the table icon.

Step 4

Drag the table icon to the place you wishes to move.

How to Merge Table:

Step 1

Tap Table on the bottom of the layout.

Step 2

Select and tap Area.

Step 3

Tap the menu icon on the right top of the layout.

Step 4

Tap Merge Table.

Step 5

Tap Merge Into.

Step 6

Select table you wishes to merge.

Step 7

Tap Select Table(s) To Merge.

Step 8

Select all the table you wishes to merge and tap Done.

Step 9

Tap Done again to confirm.

How to Unmerge Table:

Step 1

Tap Table on the bottom of the layout.

Step 2

Select and tap Area.

Step 3

Tap the menu icon on the right top of the layout.

Step 4

Tap Unmerge Table.

Step 5

Tap Unmerge From.

Step 6

Select table you wish to unmerge.

Step 7

Tap Select Table(s) To Unmerge.

Step 8

elect all the table you wishes to unmerge and tap Done.

Step 9

Tap Done again to confirm.
